Important Message to Guests

To our ByWard Blue Inn guests,

With growing concerns around COVID-19 (“coronavirus”), we want to provide you the ByWard Blue Inn’s commitment to our guests. The health and safety of our guests and staff remain a top priority.

Based on Canada’s public health authorities, we are ensuring our rooms and public areas are safe by:

  • Stringent cleaning protocols with commercial cleaners. Coronaviruses are easily eliminated by surface cleaning and the cleaning products we use are high-grade and food-service approved.
  • Reminders to our employees on the important preventative measures of handwashing, coughing protocols, sanitizing hard surfaces often, and staying at home when sick.
  • Providing our guests with the option to eat our complimentary breakfast in their rooms. 
  • Maintaining social distance
  • Wearing face masks in the common areas

When you travel, we want that experience to be as stress-free as possible.

Our common areas are available for use as long as guests maintain social distance and wear a mask.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel 48 hours in advance of the reservation date and receive a full refund. Otherwise, one night plus taxes will be charged.

We have a number of places to eat and pharmacies within walking distance of less than 1 km from ByWard Blue Inn.

Mandatory Requirements for Travellers to Canada
